Return & Exchange Policy

More than just a Jersey…

At The Fan Shack, we stand behind the quality of everything we produce. We are committed to delivering premium fan gear while ensuring a fair and transparent return process for all customers.


Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must be in original condition

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. The Fan Shack reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.


Exchanges

If your item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may request an exchange for a different size, colour, or product.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If unavailable, store credit may be issued

  • First exchange shipping may be covered at our discretion

  • Additional exchanges are at the customer’s cost


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Worn, damaged, or altered products

  • Items without original packaging or tags


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Order details

  • Clear images of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.


Refunds

Refunds are only processed where required under applicable consumer laws.

  • Issued via the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side


Return Process

All returns and exchanges must be approved before sending items back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless item is defective/incorrect

  • Use a tracked courier service

  • The Fan Shack is not responsible for items lost in transit


Abuse & Fraud Policy

The Fan Shack has a strict zero-tolerance policy for abuse of the return system.

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns

  • Cancel orders

  • Block accounts

  • Withhold refunds

In cases of:

  • Excessive returns

  • Returning worn items

  • False claims

  • Suspected fraud

All decisions are final.


Final Sale

A purchase is considered final once the 14-day return period expires without an approved return request.
